While singers his age are covering themselves up with tattoos, Hypertek singer Dammy Krane in a new interview with HipHopWorldMagazine revealed he's never going to get one. Excerpts:

HHW: You said sometimes ago that when you and your mum reunited after ten years, she was proud to see that you hadn’t got any tattoos nor piercings, what’s your take on body piercings and tattoos?

Dammy Krane: When people ask me that question, you know what I always tell them? You can’t intentionally scratch a Bentley!

HHW: Pretty interesting. So that means there’s no possibility of Dammy Krane ever getting a tattoo?

Popular Nigerian Musician, Danny Young Involved In Car Accident (+Photo)

Nigerian Musician, Danny Young is reported to have been involved in a car accident last night.

According to report the accident was said to have occurred on on Lagos-Ibadan express road near rainbow FM Drive after Danny Young, lost control of his sports car and collided with a 2011 Toyota Tacoma truck which resulted into fire.

Although Danny and crew lucky managed to escape through the windows and doors as other vehicle owners stopped by to render help by putting out the fire, his present condition is not certain but there are reports that Danny and his crew have been hospitalized in an undisclosed private hospital in Lagos.

Danny Young and his management are yet to make any comment regarding the accident.

Meanwhile the 'Omo Lepa' crooner who was scheduled to perform at the NYSC camp Shagamu last friday was absent for his performa nce as a result of  the accident.

$450,000 Lamborghini Aventador wrecked in crash

A Lamborghini Aventador speed car worth about $450,000 was wrecked in a three-car smash on one of London's most expensive streets, Sloane Street in Knightsbridge, yesterday afternoon.

Facts About The New Lagos State Smoking In Public Places Law

There have been different views on the recently passed smoking law since it was signed by the Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola on 17^th of February 2014. 

We have now obtained a copy of the law and are surprised to read that contrary to what some people think, the law only becomes effective on the 17^th of August 2014, which is six months after the Governor signed. This means that even the police that have been harassing smokers are not aware of this. Incredibly, the law also allows for smoking in open places such as on the streets, roads and highways as wells as in 10% of hotels, bars, night clubs and tertiary institutions. It even goes further to state that the law will be enforced by the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA), meanwhile all manner of people have been harassing smokers, even LATSMA and Boys Scout.. Can our government ensure that the public are well informed about laws they pass to prevent undue harassment of its citizens.

Your children in the ministry bought aircraft for you recently, but Mallam Nasir el-Rufai claimed it was a gift from the President. How do you feel about this?

I am glad that there are people who challenged him. I would only be dignifying him if a person at my level starts exchanging words with a small person like el-Rufai. He is too small. I will not dignify him with a response. People responded. They told him that since he knew who gave the gift, he should provide the proof, which he hasn’t done till today. Obviously, he didn’t have any proof. That is the problem with Nigeria. We continue to celebrate people like el-Rufai. He is too small for me.

Are you considering legal actions against him?

If I did that, I would be giving him publicity. el-Rufai is too small for that. I shouldn’t have anything to do with him. If there are other Nigerians who will want to take him to court, they are free, but not for me. Going to court with who? el-Rufai? el-Rufai is too small. I won’t waste my time on him.

Star Of Adult Movies In Jail For Taking Nude Photos At Catholic School

A woman was sent to jail for posing nude photos taken last year on the grounds of the Catholic high school she had once attended.

Valerie Dodds, also known as 'Val Midwest,' began serving a 45-day sentence on Wednesday in the Lancaster County Jail.

"I'm taking it as a really bad vacation," Dodds said to the station before reporting to jail. "I feel like I'm harmless as to what I did, and they are definitely bringing the hammer as far as the sentencing goes."

Dodds said last year that she took the pictures on the Pius X High School campus as revenge against students and teachers who ridiculed her for appearing in pornography, according to CBS News.

The steamy shots of the then-19-year-old appeared on her adult website in June and led to charges of public indecency and trespassing.

A judge convicted her in December. Dodds quit her appeal this week, KOLN-TV reports.

Injured Usain Bolt out until mid-June

Jamaican sprinter and world record holder in the 100 meters Usain Bolt, who has suffered a foot injury, will not race again until mid-June at the Ostrava meeting in the Czech Republic.

Confirming this, his agent Ricky Simms said, "At the moment, we have confirmed the presence of Usain at Ostrava, Paris and Malmo. We will announce other dates soon."

In spite of this setback, Simms said that Bolt will still train from next week.

The Ostrava meeting takes place on June 17 with Paris on July 5 and Malmo on August 5.

A French sports daily L’Equipe had reported on Friday that Olympic champion and world record holder Bolt had spent the last two weeks in Munich for treatment on his inflamed foot which has been bothering him for some weeks.

Speed bikes are too fast and Nigerian roads don’t encourage the speed they are built for and also, people do not respect bikers on the road. I just prefer cruiser bikes.

Mum allegedly killed 4yr old son because she thought he was gay

25 year old Jessica Dutro (pictured above) has been arrested and charged with murder by abuse and second degree assault after allegedly subjecting her 4 year old son, Zachary Dutro-Boggess, to deadly beatings because she thought he was gay.

Prosecutors say Zachary died on August 16th, 2012 of blunt-force trauma to his abdomen and a delay in medical treatment. According to the Associated Press, few weeks before the boy was found with abdominal injuries at a temporary homeless shelter, his mum sent a Facebook message to her boyfriend, 24 year old Brian Canady, telling him that she believed Zachary was going to be gay, and suggested he "work on" her son: “He walks and talks like it. Ugh.” Jessica wrote.

Canady (pictured above) was also arrested in connection with the boy's death. He pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, and second-degree assault, after admitting to kicking Zachary in the abdomen while wearing shoes.

They are both on trial in Washington County Circuit Court right now

Pastor Sign Fireman absolved of murder

Weeks after he was arrested for the alleged ritual murder of a virgin girl, Pastor Sign Fireman, the founder of Perfect Christianity Mission, has been cleared of all murder charges.

The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) absolved the popular pastor of complicity in the murder of a 12 year old virgin after the conclusion of police investigations into the incident.

"After a careful consideration of the facts contained in the duplicate file, this office is of the opinion that a prima facie case of murder is established against the primary suspect (Egbo) only. In view of the foregoing, this office shall prosecute Egbo at the state high court for the offence of murder.

“On the other hand, the second suspect (Fireman) is to be released forthwith if he is still in custody as no case is established against him,” the DPP stated.

Ikechukwu Egbo, the young man who strangled the little girl to death in an abandoned building in the Badagry area of Lagos is still in custody and has been charged with murder. Fireman has since said he's not planning to sue the police over his arrest because they were only doing their job.

Malaysia MH370: 122 New Objects Discovered

Another 122 objects, presumed to be from the missing Malaysian flight MH370 were spotted by satellite.

The images were taken on March 23rd, and as assumed they might be from the missing plane that went missing on March 8th on its flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

According to Malaysian acting transport minister, Hishammuddin Hussein, the objects were spotted in a 400 sq km area around 2,557km from Perth, Western Australia.
